All applicable charges, including government visa fees and service handling fees, will be communicated to the applicant before submission.
Once the visa application has been submitted to the immigration authorities, the fees paid become non-refundable regardless of the visa outcome.
2. Visa Application Fees
Official government visa fees and payment processing charges are beyond our control and are generally non-refundable once a visa application has been submitted to the respective immigration authorities (including but not limited to the UAE, Qatar, the United States, and other countries), regardless of whether the visa is approved or rejected.
By proceeding with the application, the applicant acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
3. Visa Approval Disclaimer
Visa approval or rejection is solely determined by the respective embassy or immigration authority. We do not guarantee visa approval.
4. Processing Time
Visa processing times vary depending on the destination country and immigration procedures. Estimated timelines are provided for guidance purposes only.
