User Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to us is accurate and up-to-date. Inaccurate information may lead to the rejection of visa applications or job placements, for which we bear no liability.
Service Limitations
While we provide expert advice and assistance, the final decision for visa approvals lies solely with the respective embassy or immigration authority. Similarly, job placements are subject to employer approval. We do not guarantee outcomes.
Payments and Refunds
All payments for services must be made in full as per the agreed schedule. Refund eligibility is governed by our separate Refund Policy. Any third-party costs (embassy fees, etc.) are non-refundable.
